Estero South County Regional Library reopened December 2025 after a major modernization project designed to better serve the fast-growing Village of Estero. Upgrades of the 30,000 square foot facility included new architecture, added study rooms, and a dedicated programming room for children and teens. The project, contracted by Chris-Tel Construction, also replaced key building systems including electrical, HVAC, and the roof—which refreshed the facility with new lighting inside and out. Funding was provided through the library’s Capital Improvement Project budget.
