Cristofer Algarra

Meet Cristofer, our Field Superintendent from Venezuela. He began his career in the electrical business at a young age and has been in this industry for 21 years. He has 2 years of electric apprenticeships and is certified in a variety of things including airplane mechanic specializing on avionics, project management, and heavy equipment machinery. He has come a long way in his journey coming from a low end income in his country of Venezuela.

He has learned many skills over the years but excels in planning and directing any type of situation. Prior to this he had a talent management company traveling and negotiating so he is skilled in speaking publicly. His experience working in a radio station at the age of 14 to 18 helped him with his creative ideas and organizational skills.

Cristofer has worked in various job sites including a high security facility in Tampa Bay. He also directed a 85 million dollar job and finished the job 5 months ahead of schedule thanks to the the planning of the crew and the time he spent planning the project.

One of his passions is to travel and he loves being a father and spending time with his 2 boys. He has strong family values, is honest and sincere and likes to treat everyone as part of his family incorporating his Christian values of loving everyone like yourself. He applies these values in everything he does and incorporates this in his work as well.
