Meridian Flex Storage Suites is an 80,000-square-foot modern flex space facility in Fort Myers, FL, designed with concrete block and steel construction for versatile business storage needs. Units feature impact resistant windows and doors, 14′ x 14′ electric roll-up doors, fire alarm and suppression systems, ADA-compliant bathrooms, and energy-efficient LED lighting. The project was completed in February 2025 with Phoenix Associates of Florida, Inc. as the general contractor.
