It’s a place to entertain friends, showcase personal collections (cars, sports memorabilia, and more). Built under General Contractor Phoenix Associates of Southwest Florida, each suite includes high ceilings, a spacious mezzanine, and epoxy floors, creating a highly lit showroom look with functional flex space above.
