Seed & Bean Market expanded into Cape Coral at The Cove at 47th, bringing its concept of coffee, fresh food, and craft beverages into a new, larger location designed for both sit-down dining and grab-and-go. Founded in 2018, the company is known as Florida’s first cannabis café and CBD marketplace, offering CBD/low-THC infusion options only by request. The Cape Coral buildout was in collaboration with Chris-Tel Construction, and was completed December 2025, with roughly 2,800 sq. ft. of space and seating for approximately 128 indoors, plus up to around 70 on the patio.
