Steven Hoard

With more than 25 years in the construction industry, Steven brings deep field and leadership experience as both a general contractor and electrical contractor. Over the past 15 years focused on multifamily construction, he has helped deliver more than 10,000 apartment units, working across all phases of development from preconstruction and estimating to execution and project completion.

Steven is passionate about building the next generation of skilled trades professionals. He actively partners with trade schools and high schools to promote career pathways in construction and workforce development. He currently serves on the boards of ATA College, Fort Myers Technical College, Southern Technical College, and Florida Academy, and is Vice Chair of the Lee County School District Construction Advisory Committee (CAC). Active member of Rotary International since 2000.

Outside of construction, Steven enjoys golf, travel, snowboarding, and wakeboarding, and believes strongly in living the same adventurous and disciplined mindset that drives success in both business and life.
